This form is protected against spam and rate-limited per IP address.

Questions about a review, a correction, or our disclosure policy can go through the form above, or you can email us directly at [email protected]. Below is a quick guide to what to expect depending on why you are reaching out.

Report a Correction

If you spot outdated pricing, a feature that has changed, or a factual error in a review, comparison, or scenario page, tell us the exact page and what specifically looks wrong. We investigate every correction request personally, and if you are right, we update the article and note when the change was made rather than silently editing the page. Corrections are usually the fastest category of message for us to act on, since they typically just require re-checking one specific claim against the vendor's current site or the latest lab data.

Advertising and Partnership Inquiries

We work with a limited number of antivirus and security vendors through affiliate partnerships, described in full on our disclosure page. If you represent a vendor and want your product considered for review, or want to discuss a partnership, include your company name, the product in question, and a way for us to reach a real contact on your team. We do not guarantee inclusion or a favorable review in exchange for any partnership, and we say so upfront to avoid wasting anyone's time.

Press Inquiries

If you are a journalist or researcher looking to cite our testing methodology, rating data, or a specific review, let us know what you are working on and your deadline. We are generally happy to clarify how a specific score was calculated or point you to the underlying AV-TEST or AV-Comparatives data behind a claim.

General Questions

Not sure your question fits a category above? Send it anyway. Common questions we get include which product fits a specific use case better than our general rating suggests, whether a product still supports a particular operating system version, and how to interpret a specific score. We answer these directly rather than pointing you back to a review you have already read.

What to Include in Your Message

A specific message gets a faster, more useful reply than a general one. If you are reporting a correction, include the exact page URL and the specific claim you believe is wrong, ideally with a source if you have one. If you are asking for a recommendation, tell us your operating system, roughly how many devices need covering, and your budget, since that is exactly the information our own scenario pages use to narrow down a shortlist.

Before You Reach Out

A lot of common questions are already answered on the site: pricing questions are usually covered by the review itself since we note both intro and renewal price where we have it, general "which one should I get" questions are covered by our best antivirus by scenario pages, and questions about how scoring works are covered on our methodology page. Checking there first often gets you an answer faster than waiting on a reply.

Data We Collect From This Form

Submitting the contact form sends us your name, email address, and message so we can reply to you. We do not add your email to a marketing list from a support message, and we do not share it with the vendors we review or with any third party. It is used only to respond to the specific question or correction you sent.

How Quickly We Respond

We are a small independent team, not a support center, so response times vary with volume, but we aim to reply to corrections within a few business days and everything else within a week. If your message is time-sensitive, say so directly in your message and why, and we will do our best to prioritize it.
